Data deletion

Kloshu provides an in-app flow to request deletion of your account and associated data, including marketplace listings, chat history, social clips, comments, likes, and follow relationships where applicable. You can also contact us if you cannot access the app.

Option A: Delete your account in the app (recommended)

1. Open Kloshu.
2. Go to Settings → Account settings.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Complete re-authentication if prompted (for security).

Option B: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@qaribuhub.co.ke with:

• The email address used for your Kloshu account
• Your Kloshu display name (if known)
• “Delete my account” in the subject line

Some records may be retained for a limited time where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example payment accounting records).
