Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kloshu app and website (the “Service”), including the Kloshu Shop marketplace and Kloshu Social short-video features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility and account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

2) Marketplace listings and user content

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, social clips, messages, images, videos, and other content you post.
• You must not post prohibited content (including illegal items, drugs, weapons, hateful or violent content, nudity or sexually explicit content, counterfeit or unauthorized branded goods, scams, or harmful materials).
• Social clips must not exceed the published duration and file-size limits. Videos may be transcoded, compressed, and watermarked by Kloshu.
• Clips and listings may be held for automated or human review before they become publicly visible. We may remove or restrict content that violates policies or poses safety risks at any time.

3) Kloshu Social (clips, follows, and feeds)

• Kloshu Social lets you post short videos, follow other users, like and comment, repost, and discover content through personalized and following-based feeds.
• You must not harass, impersonate, or spam other users. Do not attempt to evade moderation, posting limits, or safety controls.
• Tagging marketplace products in clips must accurately represent those products. Shoppable tags link to third-party seller listings; Kloshu does not guarantee item availability or condition.
• Reposting shares content within the Service subject to the same content rules and moderation.
• Feed ranking uses automated signals (engagement, recency, relevance, and safety). We do not guarantee reach or visibility for any post.

4) Messaging and safety

• Use respectful language and keep conversations on-topic.
• Do not share sensitive personal information in chat (e.g., addresses, payment details).
• The Service may use automated checks to reduce abuse and policy violations.

4) Purchases, payments, and sponsorships

• Certain features may involve payments processed by third-party providers or app stores.
• Purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law or a provider’s policy.
• We may require receipt verification to confirm entitlements.

6) Prohibited behavior

• Use the Service for fraud, scams, impersonation, or harassment.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or moderation systems.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Upload malware, archives/executables, or harmful files.

7) Intellectual property
We own the Service and its branding, except for user content. You retain rights in your content, but you grant us a license to host, display, distribute, transcode, watermark, and moderate it to operate the Service.

8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for third-party actions, including payment providers, advertisers, or user behavior.

9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kloshu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10) Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if necessary for safety, security, or policy compliance.
